Some of last night’s #vegan fare at Poppy Den for the Las Vegan Eatz Dinner Club (not an organizer for the club, but have a similar name and attend as many of these wonderful dinners as I can). 😉😊
We enjoyed beet kimchi (delicious & unfortunately not pictured, sorry), edamame dim sum, an Asian watermelon salad, curry eggplant & red #quinoa, and sweet & sour tofu. We also had a braised Japanese squash and green tea; not my fave with the strong licorice-like flavors, so no picture.
All in all it was a nice date night, good meal, and we meet some pretty awesome #plantbased folks! (at Tivoli Village)
