First course: Lemongrass Soup with #lemon spätzle
Second Course: Grilled #Vegetable #Lasagna - layers of eggplant, zucchini, squash, roasted tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, and mushrooms in a to-die-for creamy #vodka-tomato sauce
Third course: Spinach & “Ricotta” Ravioli - homemade spinach ravioli filled with Vincenzo’s (GM of #Panevino) of auto-produced #organic “ricotta cheese” in a wild mushroom sauce drizzled with #truffle oil
Fourth course: “Meatloaf” & Garlic Mashed Potatoes - organic mixed #legumes, wild mushrooms, #herbs, and mirepoix “#meatloaf” on a bed of garlic & rosemary mashed potatoes in a #fresh tomato and kalamata-style olive #sauce
Fifth course: Organic Apple and Peach Strudel - warm organic whole wheat phyllo dough filled with Grand Marnier sautéed honeycrisp apples, and peaches drizzled with #vanilla creme Anglaise
